Google Play Protection

All Android in-app purchases are securely protected under Google Play's standard refund terms.

1. Subscription Plans

CoThinker Keyboard offers both free daily AI usage and upgraded Pro subscriptions:

  • Free Tier: Includes daily free Scribe speech-to-text, Enhance prompt clarifying, and standard keyboard typing.
  • CoThinker Pro (Monthly & Annual): Unlocks unlimited voice Scribe rewrites, instant tone shifts, fast-lane AI speed (<120ms), and custom vocabulary models.

2. Google Play In-App Billing & Refunds

Subscriptions initiated on Android are billed and managed exclusively through Google Play In-App Billing:

  • Standard 48-Hour Refund Window: If you made an accidental purchase or are unsatisfied within the first 48 hours, you can request an instant refund directly from Google Play.
  • How to request via Google Play:
    1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
    2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
    3. Select your CoThinker purchase → Tap Request a refund.
  • Direct Support Assistance: If Google Play automated tools are unable to resolve your request, email our billing team at support@thinkvelocity.ai with your Google Play Order Number (GPA.xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx).

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals:

To Cancel on Android:

  1. Open Google Play Store on your phone.
  2. Tap Profile Icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Select CoThinker Keyboard → Tap Cancel subscription.

After canceling, you will continue to enjoy full Pro benefits until the end of your current paid billing period.

4. Free VIP Referral Passes

When you activate a 30-Day VIP pass via an invite code or referral link, your Pro tier is completely free. No credit card is stored, and when the pass expires, your account automatically returns to the Free Tier without any unexpected charges.
